Truth be told, I am extremely scatter brained. The process of writing helps me to eliminate some of the excess thoughts that aren’t really necessary and focus on what is.  I even write down my prayers for focus sake. Putting things on paper, digital or otherwise, is a bit of a commitment. It is the start of most any project for me and it’s the reflections of times and seasons that I have loved and grown from the most.  It’s the sifting process that I need to make sense of my daily life and the world around me.

Also, my husband doesn’t get all excited when I sew up something cool, organize a closet, redo furniture or find an amazng new curriculum to teach. He will notice a new hair-do or dress in a heartbeat but I can rearrange a room and he won’t notice for a week. So I’m sharing the fun stuff with the more like minded in the world to avoid boring him. Haha!

Last but certainly not least, Jesus is a big deal to me. He’s actually the whole deal. Knowing and being known by Him, walking with Him, talking with Him, hearing from Him, sharing about Him and what He has done is what I want to be the center of my life. He is life. And the way. And the truth. He completely transformed me and is still doing so on a daily basis. I hope you get to know Him too.
